Ship to Our Warehouse
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and drop off the package at any authorized Singapore Post location or designated courier point.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
